Step-by-Step Overview
Visit the Site Head to Trezor.io/Start. Select your device model to begin the guided setup.
Install Trezor Suite Trezor Suite is the native desktop application for managing your crypto. It’s safer than browser extensions and works seamlessly with Trezor devices.
Install Firmware Trezor wallets are shipped without firmware for security reasons. You’ll be prompted to install the latest firmware before use.
Create a Wallet or Restore One You can create a new wallet or recover one using a 12–24-word recovery seed.
Write Down Your Recovery Seed This is the most crucial step. Never take a screenshot. Write it on paper and store it securely.
